Shipping policy

Matchbaits Canada ships orders within Canada and to selected United States destinations.
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer’s location and the weight of the order.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 3–10 business days after dispatch
United States: 5–15 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Matchbaits Canada is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
